Note: Haroun Fazil is called a fugitive by the USG from a complaint for
alleging his role in the August 7 bombing of the US Embassy in Nairobi, 
Kenya, and a reward of $2 million is offered for information leading to 
his capture.

To quote the FBI: The charges contained in the complaint are merely 
accusations, and Mr. FAzil is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
